Fix linting

Change mv to cp, and add step to enable.

Allowing for easier setup

systemd couldn't find config.json, as it was a relative path.

Didn't test before commiting. Thanks god for dev branches

Added two services, and instructions on how to use them

Changed notification checking by adding a table to the database to determine times of sending. Also changed how connection detection functions so it actually works. Commented out console printing for monitorAndNotify as it is designed to be a background process.

Probably needs a refactor, but It's late

Deleted report file as it is not needed nor was it accurate to the rebuilt report creator.
